Stuffed vine leaves
Warak enab is a common dish found in Kuwait. It is made from grape leaves stuffed with rice, tomatoes, and mint. It can be served at room temperature and is called waraq inab bi’l-zayt (grape leaves with olive oil) or it can be served hot and is calledwaraq inab (grape leaves).
Ingredients: 1 jar grape leaves in vinegar brine, drained (about 40-50 leaves)
For filling:
1 1/2 cups rice
2 tomatoes, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 Tbsp chopped mint
1/2 cup olive oil
salt & pepper
